Prepaid Services: Checks are accepted for prepaid services. For all other payment options, a credit card must be on file for automatic payment.
Annual Programs:
Annual programs are divided into six equal monthly installments, from April through September. If you sign up for services after April, the installments will be divided through October.
Automatic Charges:
Payments will be automatically charged during the first week of each month for all installment invoices.
Promotional Discounts: Any promotional or prepayment discounts will be applied to the final installment of your payment plan.
Commitment to Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. We will do everything possible to meet and exceed your expectations.
Service Guarantee: If a service does not provide the expected benefit within the agreed timeframe, additional services may be provided at no charge at our discretion. Please keep in mind that significant changes take weeks and months to become noticeable.
Advice and Follow-Ups: Advice will be provided upon request and when we identify areas of concern. While we may perform inspections of your lawn to ensure service quality, these checks are not guaranteed as a regular service. If you notice any issues with your property or are unsatisfied, please notify us so we can address them. There is no charge for visits in between routine services.
Scope of Service: Our lawn treatments will be dispatched routinely every 4-6 weeks. These time-based applications are designed to address major factors affecting your lawn, but various unforeseen issues may impact your lawn during the season. We are not responsible for daily management to ensure perfection.

Scope of Service:
Our outdoor pest control services aim to significantly reduce the population of unwanted insects on your property. Treatments will be conducted at 3-5 week intervals to maintain control and minimize pest populations, unless noted otherwise. The service includes the application of professional-grade contact-based spray around your property perimeter, shrubs, and other potential breeding areas to target and eliminate ticks, gnats, and mosquitoes. While these treatments are highly effective, they do not guarantee complete eradication, as environmental factors and re-infestation from surrounding areas can occur.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the results of the application, please contact us within 7 days. We will re-evaluate and, if necessary, re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge.
Customer Responsibility:
For optimal results, customers should ensure that standing water is removed from their property and maintain a clean yard to reduce breeding grounds for mosquitoes and ticks.
Scope of Service:
Our standard shrub care package is designed to feed and protect your shrubs from insects and disease through periodic treatments. This includes the application of fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides.
Limitations:
While our treatments are designed to enhance plant health and protect against common pests and diseases, they are not exhaustive. Unforeseen environmental factors, extreme weather conditions, or pre-existing plant health issues can affect the efficacy of our services.
Customer Responsibility:
Regular maintenance, including proper watering and pruning, is essential to the health of your shrubs and ornamentals. We rely on customers to perform these tasks as we are not on-site continuously. If you notice any signs of damage or disease in your shrubs, please contact us immediately so we can provide advice or additional treatments if necessary.
Liability:
We are not responsible for any plant damage or loss due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, pest infestations that occur between treatments, or neglect of proper care by the customer. Our services do not guarantee complete prevention of all possible plant issues.
Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel the contract at any time for any reason. Cancellations must be clearly communicated directly to our offices via phone call or email.
Refunds:
If prepaid services have not yet been received at the time of cancellation, we will refund the corresponding funds, excluding any promotional discounts applied.
Program Renewal:
Programs automatically renew each season. We will make multiple attempts to contact you prior to the new season. However, in the absence of a clear cancellation, your program will be renewed.
